He comes with a total of 24 years of work experience, out of which first 11 years is serving Global Investment Banks like Lehman Brothers, Nomura Services and JP Morgan Chase into the Technical Architect role and then 13 years into Behavioural / Psychometry Assessment and Career Intelligence Coach. Guided 20k+ school and junior college students with career guidance. Also trained 15k+ young MBA/PG professionals for Career readiness. He is a Certified Career Analyst [CCA] and a Certified Emotional Intelligence Coach and Practitioner. And to top that a Global credibility established with an International Coaching Federation – Associate Certified Coach [ICF-ACC].
